In early 1998 Reggae Ambassadors Worldwide (RAW) co-founders Papa Pilgrim (#1) and Rastaman Nane' (#2) are pleased to announce the formation of RAW's first Board Of Directors. The positive discussion and feedback during RAW Conference '97 regarding establishing a Board of Directors provided Papa Pilgrim and Rastaman Nane' the opportunity to "quit talking about it and just do it!"

The RAW Board will be a "working" Board; they will perform specific duties and responsibilities and receive no compensation. Selected for their "commitment to RAW, proven efforts to forward Reggae music and their professionalism," each Board member has pledged his/her time, energy and efforts to forward RAW's goals of education, entertainment and networking.
