The big hit "Drive Me Crazy" on the popular BUY OUT riddim, produced by Tony Kelly, is still a club banger to this day! Not only did it is serve to remind the masses of his vocal ability, get the club crowds immediately to the dance floor, but the song played on mainstream US stations ranging from; KRRQ, KNOU, WBTJ, WBOT, WDKX, WPHI, WJMN, WMBX, WOWI, WQHT, WQOK, WRED, WWPR and more! A new version of this song was remixed with producer Tony Kelly for Kevin Lyttle's album; new laid back tempo, new lyrics and new vibes. Also, Mr Easy was also one of the featured artists on Beenie Man's last album "Tropical Storm" (Virgin Records) with their collaboration "Haters & Fools". It's taken some time and careful planning for the Dancehall singer once signed to Quest/Motown Records to find the right combination of tracks to propel him forward. Early on Mr. Easy forged strong relationships with talented producers; Dave and Tony Kelly, which has aided in solidifying his Dancehall recordings. The powerful delivery of his lyrics have been felt from near and far as the Caribbean, Canada, US, Europe and South America! Preparing himself for a long overdue album, Easy's been consistently voicing on the cream of the crop Dancehall riddims. Working with esteemed producers like; Dave Kelly, South Rakkas Crew, Skatta, Tony Kelly and Troyton Rami has allowed Easy to build up a catalog filled with quality and bashment favored selections. Presently his work from three of these top-notch producers is paving a new path for him. With "Grudge You" from the Ching Chong riddim generating big steam in East Coast clubs and getting spun on mixshow things look promising. "It's Alright" from the Grindin Riddim is also a favorite with selectors and on Reggae radio programming. The new pulsating hard-hitting Red Alert track "Pull Up" is definitely generating a buzz and inquiries worldwide - already being added into rotation at Miami's POWER 96! Still, after four years, "Drive Me Crazy" reigns supreme in the clubs. With appearances at WRED's show in Portland Maine, WJMN's show in Boston, WBFZ in Selma Albama, WPHR in New York and with POWER 96 in Miami, Mr. Easy's radio relationships are growing at tremendous pace. Easy is one of the artists featured on the upcoming Heineken Red Star Mixtape release. He's even begun taping into the mixtape circuit hosting one of DJ Lil' Mic releases as well as putting the final touches on a few others, an act which is putting in him front of a new audience. To keep things moving forward, MR EASY has a progressive new interactive website recently launched at: http://www.mreasy.net where you'll find additional information, updates, tour dates, photos, lyrics, audio clips and his video for "Drive Me Crazy".
