Whether I ever knew these guys or not, I would have to ask the DJ, "Who was that?". I have a huge lump in my throat and tears of joy for the higher heights they have carried their music since I first met them over 20 years ago! St. John loves the energy this band sends out to its audiences and you will too when you see them for yourselves. What has impressed me most about this band is their willingness to come out to the parks, the vegetable stands, the fire stations and schools to spread their shining love light. I wish some of these promoters would give them a chance, they've lived such a humble path and sacrificed so much for the music, it's about time they were exhaulted into some of those spaces reserved for slackness and negativity. One thing you'll always see at an Inner Visions show are the children dancing. It's complex simplicity will heal all that ails you, I'm sure...ask me next week! Jupiter's driving bass, smooth vocals from beginning to end. Congratulations, Phillip I'll bet your new album is doing great, I've been seeing your name all over the playlists! I love the way Paul plays his percussion! But most of all, your songs make us think about the human condition and choose to live better. I can't wait to hear you perform live again, what a thrill that will be!! Please let me know. By the way, it took so long to write this because once I got home this evening at 7pm, I had to play the Soca Christmas CD in its entirety!!! WHA, ME SON!! AYE AYE YAY! My neighbors probably think I'm flipped (or more flipped) playing the Christmas tunes on Dec 28 full volume through my house!! Had me jumpin' an' wokin' an' skankin' full throttle!! With this CD, I just may have to have a holiday party next year!! I thank both you and your dad, Jens from the bottom of my heart, what a thoughtful gift! Everything about your new CD is first rate, but my favorite is knowing every location of each photo like I know the back of my hand, St. John should be proud!! Would love to hop in my private jet and surprise you all at Foxie's New Year's Eve, but my ceiling was crumbling from a leaky roof and I got it fixed an hour before the sky broke and flooded the place, yesterday! Had an appraisal done six weeks ago.. We've had a lot of flooding and will have more ALL week. Roofers showed up just in time! Will pray for those in the cold this winter, especially the children. This makes me so sad to think about when so many in this world live in warm, cozy comfort. I dream of a day when we build homes for our youth not bombs for them. I dream of a day when none will die of starvation. I dream of a day when all people will love each other unconditionally as his or her own brother or sister. I dream of a day when the rest of the world will see it as clearly as we do in this Conscious Party. I dream of a day when no one has a worry. I dream of a day when the water is clean. I dream of a day when our skies are clean. I dream of a day when our earth is clean. I dream of a day when all overstand that a clean heart is a free heart. I dream of a day when all strive to thrive. I dream of a day when justice prevails. I dream of a day full of love. I dream of a day full of promise. Could that day be tomorrow? Only Jah knows for sure, I will never stop dreaming! HalleluJah Peace, One Love, and Light, Anna Fisher (RAW #1224) HaaaaaaaalllleeeeelllllluuuuuuJaaaaaaaahhhhhhh! Yea mon!
